Collected personal data is used to send the newsletter to subscribers and to respond to contact requests. Data is not used for any other purpose and is not disclosed to third parties without your consent.
Data collected
For newsletter subscriptions:
- Email address
- Date and time of marketing consent
For contact form submissions:
- Name
- Email address
- Subject and message content
Legal basis
Newsletter delivery is based on the subscriber's consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter or by contacting the controller.
Retention
Subscriber data is retained for as long as the subscription is active. After unsubscribing, data is deleted within a reasonable time.
Data transfers and processors
Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) is used as the email sending platform. Data may be stored outside the EU under applicable safeguards. Brevo is GDPR-compliant.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
